Most people enjoy sessions lasting 30–45 minutes, three to four times per week. Saunas are safe to use daily and can be tailored to your comfort levels and wellness goals.
Hydration tip:Â Drink at least 8 oz of water before your session, and follow up with 24 oz or more of water or an electrolyte-rich beverage afterward to replenish fluids.
